Instructions: To begin the returns process, please log in to this Web site, click on My Account on the upper right-hand side of the screen, then click on Request a Return to fill out a New Return Authorization form. This is a Return Request only. Upon approval you will be notified with confirmation and return instructions. Restocking fees and return shipping fees will always apply unless there is a warranty issue. If you have any questions, please contact our Returns Department and reference your Return Request #.
Leather Interiors: All Leather Interior returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Freight must be pre-paid by you. All returns must be pre-approved by Roadwire with a Return Authorization #. Returned leather interiors must be the most current model application, a recommended color, and may not contain decorations, customization, or options. Leather Interiors will not be authorized for return after 60 days from the original order date. Service Parts, Special/Custom Order, Blow-out and Clearance leather kits are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. Warranty items will be replaced with the same or a comparable product. Special/Custom Order: Signing a Special Order worksheet or submitting a Special/Custom Order online confirms that you accept the order and Roadwire's policies as stated. You also acknowledge that the order may not be changed, cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after your order is submitted.
